All Sales are Final

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your print arrives damaged or there is a clear defect with the product, please reach out as soon as possible. While my standard policy is final sale, I want to ensure you receive your art in the condition intended.

To report damage, please email me at info@carissa.studio within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photo of the damage (including the packaging if it was damaged during transit).

Special Circumstances

I understand that life happens. If there are unique circumstances regarding your order that fall outside of damage or defects, feel free to contact me at info@carissa.studio I review these on a case-by-case basis and will do my best to find a fair solution.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
